WILL YOU MAKE ME THROW AWAY ITEMS I LOVE?

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE ITEMS I DECIDE TO GET RID OF?

Absolutely not!  We work together through the detox element to ensure you only get rid of items you no longer use, need or love.  We may encourage you to store items of sentimental value separately to your day to day items but we will never throw away anything you don't want us to.

DO YOU PROVIDE STORAGE SOLUTIONS?

Items you part with can either be sold, donated to charity or recycled/thrown away.  We will leave your house spotless at the end of your session and will remove anything you no longer want.  

With items needing to be taken to a charity, we work closely with local charities and are happy to take these items away for you.  Any unusable times we will dispose of in the correct manner.

HOW ARE YOU EQUIPPED TO DEAL WITH THE CURRENT COVID SITUATION?

We want you to feel as comfortable as possible when we come into your home.  We have PPE equipment with us and every item has been sanitised before we enter.

We can either work with items of storage you already own or can recommend numerous different solutions.  We work with a variety of suppliers at different price points so are able to find solutions for every budget.

ARE YOU DBS CHECKED AND INSURED?

Yes we are fully DBS checked and are covered by Public Liability Insurance & Professional Indemnity Insurance.
