WHAT HAPPENS TO THE ITEMS I DECIDE TO GET RID OF?
Absolutely not! We work with you through the detox to ensure you only get rid of items you no longer use, need or love. We may encourage you to store items of sentimental value separately from your everyday items, but we will never throw away anything you don't want us to.
DO YOU PROVIDE STORAGE SOLUTIONS?
Items you part with can be sold, donated to charity or recycled/thrown away. We will leave your house spotless at the end of your session and will remove anything you no longer want.
With items needing to be taken to a charity, we work closely with local charities and are happy to take these items away for you. Any unusable times will be disposed of correctly.
CAN YOU RESELL MY CLOTHES?
We work closely with a reseller to get you the best price for any unwanted items. They accept items from high street brands to couture pieces.
We can either work with items of storage you already own or recommend storage solutions. We work with various suppliers at different price points to find solutions for every budget.
ARE YOU DBS CHECKED AND INSURED?
Yes, we are fully DBS-checked and are covered by Public Liability Insurance & Professional Indemnity Insurance.
